Monday in The Zone we kick off Super Bowl week as we get ready for the weekends big game. Joining us in studio was former NFL QB Jeff Kemp. He spent time playing with the Seattle Seahawks as well as the Eagles, 49ers and Rams. We talk to Jeff about his time playing and also what he is doing since leaving the game.

Next up, we talk to Mike Gastineau about a new book he has written called “Seattle Sounders FC: Authentic Masterpiece. It is about unique relationship between the Super Bowl bound Seahawks and the MLS Seattle Sounders FC and why they are indebted to each other.

While talking about the Super Bowl Justin makes an interesting point. He suggests that Monday’s after the Super Bowl should be a day off work.

The Hogs had a win over the weekend at home against Auburn. In this segment we look back at the good, bad and the ugly of the game.

Signing day in the rock is coming up. In studio to talk about it was Alicia Hamilton from the Little Rock Razorback Club.
